7bbb Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the terms below carry the following meanings when used in this document:

• "7bbb" or "Platform": refers to the website https://7bbb.best and all associated Sports Betting, online casino, and digital entertainment services.
• "Player" or "User": any individual, aged 18 or over, residing in Brazil, who has created an account on 7bbb.
• "Account": each player's individual and personal registration on 7bbb, linked to a unique CPF and email address.
• "Real Balance": funds deposited into the account by the player via Pix, bank slip (boleto), credit/debit card, or other accepted payment methods, available for betting and immediate withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance": amounts credited by 7bbb as a promotional bonus, subject to rollover requirements before becoming available for withdrawal.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement": the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer): mandatory identity verification process required before the first withdrawal, in accordance with compliance regulations.
• "Pix": Brazil's Central Bank instant payment system and the primary deposit and withdrawal method at 7bbb.

2Eligibility and Registration

To create an account at 7bbb and use any service on the platform, the player must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 7bbb is an adults-only platform and does not tolerate access by minors under any circumstances.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF active with the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration — including your full legal name as it appears on an official document, CPF, date of birth, full address, and active email address.
• Not have any other active or suspended account on 7bbb. Each CPF is entitled to exactly one account — duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be held for review.
• Not be on any active self-exclusion list or enrolled in any betting exclusion program.

Registration is free. By completing the account creation process, the player confirms that all information provided is accurate and that they fully agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the Privacy Policy of 7bbb.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing the first withdrawal, the 7bbb requires full identity verification from the player, in accordance with compliance and anti-money laundering regulations. The process is straightforward and completed directly on the platform:

• Submission of an official government-issued photo ID — national ID card (RG), driver's license (CNH), or valid passport.
• Submission of a proof of address issued within the last three months.
• In specific cases involving high transaction volumes, additional documentation may be requested in accordance with compliance requirements.

Documents are reviewed and approved within up to 72 business hours of submission. During this period, the player may continue betting normally — only withdrawal processing is held pending until KYC approval.

Submitted documents are stored with end-to-end encryption and used exclusively for identity verification and legal compliance purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy of 7bbb and in compliance with the LGPD.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

A 7bbb operates exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$) and accepts the following payment methods: Pix, boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer via major Brazilian banks (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica, and others). Foreign currencies and international payment methods are not supported.

• Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00 for Pix and card. The minimum amount may vary by method — check the Deposits & Withdrawals.
• Pix deposit: credited instantly to your balance, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 30.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's CPF.
• Withdrawal timeframe: standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. VIP Program members enjoy priority withdrawals processed in up to 5 minutes.
• Daily withdrawal limit: varies according to the player's VIP level — see the VIP Program for each tier's limits.
• Withdrawals are always made to a bank account held in the player's own name — transfers to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.

7bbb does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals within standard operating limits. Any bank charges are the player's responsibility as per their financial institution's policy.

5Bonuses & Promotions

A 7bbb offers a welcome bonus, weekly cashback through the VIP Program, and themed promotions throughout the year. Each bonus has specific conditions that must be met before the amount becomes available for withdrawal. The general rules are:

• Welcome bonus: Applicable to new players on their first deposit only. Cannot be combined with other active bonuses. The maximum bonus amount and match percentage are displayed on the current promotion page.
• Standard bonus rollover: the bonus balance must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before it can be withdrawn. The standard rollover is 30× the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion.
• Expiration: unused bonuses or bonuses with an incomplete rollover after the validity period expires will be automatically cancelled with no right to reimbursement.
• VIP Cashback: calculated on net losses using real-money balance — bets placed with bonus balance do not count toward the cashback calculation. VIP cashback is credited as real balance, with no additional rollover.
• 7bbb reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse is suspected — such as creating multiple accounts to claim welcome promotions.

6Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at 7bbb cover football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other competitions), MMA and UFC, NBB basketball, volleyball, e-sports, and all other sports available on the platform. The following rules apply:

• Confirmed bets are final: once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, unless 7bbb identifies a clear technical error in the registration process.
• Cancelled or postponed games: bets on events canceled before they begin are fully refunded. For postponed events, bets are carried over to the new date. If an event is definitively canceled, the refund is processed automatically.
• Cash out: available on selected bets, as indicated in the interface. The cash out value is calculated in real time and may be lower or higher than the amount wagered, depending on how the event unfolds.
• Odds: all displayed odds include 7bbb's margin. The minimum accepted odd in parlay bets is 1.10 per selection.
• Invalid bets: 7bbb reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, notifying the player and refunding the wagered amount.
• For live betting, odds may change between selection and confirmation. If the odds shift before the bet is confirmed, the player will be notified and can choose to accept or decline the new odds.

7Casino, Slots & Crash Games

The casino at 7bbb includes slots, Live Casino with real dealers, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and crash games such as Aviator and JetX. All games are provided by certified studios and audited by independent bodies to guarantee result randomness and the advertised return-to-player (RTP) percentages.

• Casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) — results are unpredictable and independent of previous bets.
• The RTP for each game is available on the title's information page. 7bbb does not manipulate the results of any game.
• Technical issues during a round — connection drops, screen freezes — are handled according to each provider's policy. In most cases, interrupted rounds are completed once the connection is restored, with the result already calculated server-side.
• Minimum and maximum bets per round vary by game and are displayed in the interface before each wager.

8Prohibited Use of the Platform

The use of the 7bbb is permitted solely for personal, lawful entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance retention, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per CPF, even under different details.
• Using the platform for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any practice prohibited under Brazilian law.
• Abusing bonuses and promotions through multiple accounts, coordination with other players, or any method that constitutes promotional fraud.
• Using automation software, bots, or any technical tool to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, reverse-engineering any part of it, or interfering with 7bbb's technical infrastructure.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Allowing third parties to use your account, even with your knowledge and consent.

If any of the above activities are suspected, 7bbb may preventively suspend the account and hold the balance during the investigation period, without prior notice. If the investigation confirms the irregularity, the account is permanently closed and the balance may be confiscated as provided by law.

9VIP Program

The 7bbb VIP Program 7bbb is an automatic loyalty program with five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Elite. Participation is free and begins automatically upon registration. The general program rules are:

• Points are earned on bets placed with real balance. Bets placed with bonus balance earn points at a reduced rate of 25% of the standard rate.
• The accrual rate varies by game type: crash games and live blackjack earn 1.5 points per R$ 1.00 wagered; slots earn 1.2 points; Sports Betting earns 0.5 points.
• Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Any inactivity exceeding 12 months will result in the expiration of points accumulated during that period.
• The weekly cashback is calculated on net real-balance losses and credited every Sunday as real balance with no additional rollover.
• 7bbb reserves the right to modify the point requirements, accrual rates, and benefits of the VIP Program, and will notify affected members of any changes at least 30 days in advance.

10Account Closure and Suspension

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 7bbb in Portuguese. Any available real balance will be processed via Pix after the request is confirmed, provided KYC is complete and there are no pending reviews.

7bbb may suspend or close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Request by the player themselves for self-exclusion or responsible gambling purposes.
• Court order or administrative ruling by a competent authority.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no access for more than 24 consecutive months may be closed, with the balance preserved for an additional period as required by law.

In the event of account closure initiated by 7bbb for reasons unrelated to violations, any available real balance will be refunded in full via Pix within up to 5 business days.

11Limitation of Liability

A 7bbb works to keep the platform available and fully operational 24 hours a day. However, it is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or third-party technical failures — including internet service providers, mobile carriers, or infrastructure providers.
• Losses resulting from betting decisions made by the player are solely the player's responsibility.
• Unauthorized access to the player's account resulting from password sharing, infected devices, or negligent handling of credentials.
• Withdrawal delays caused by temporary unavailability of the Central Bank's Pix system.

7bbb does not guarantee winnings, and casino games and Sports Betting involve real financial risk. The platform is an entertainment service — not an investment.

12Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD)

A 7bbb processes its users' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018). Data collected during registration and platform use is used exclusively for:

• Manage the player's account and process financial transactions.
• Meet legal obligations for identity verification and anti-money laundering compliance.

13Responsible Gambling

• Temporary self-exclusion: voluntary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your balance is preserved throughout the entire period.
• Permanent self-exclusion: players who wish to permanently close their access to the platform due to problem gambling may request a permanent exclusion — which cannot be reversed.

15Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, in particular the Brazilian Civil Code (Lei nº 10.406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990), and the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018).

Any disputes or controversies arising from the use of the platform 7bbb that cannot be resolved amicably through support will be submitted to the court of the consumer's place of residence in Brazil, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
